"I can't tell you how grateful I am that Steve's Toyo Repair referred me to John Ohmann after my heater began emitting a terrible smell of raw fuel that was making me feel ill. I am from GA (not many toyostoves there), so when this stove started acting up, I had no idea what to expect and was very worried. When they informed me they wouldn't be able to get to my home right away (in fact, I would have had to leave my home for nearly a week at Christmas time before it could be seen to), they graciously referred me to the Toyo Doctor, Mr. John Ohmann, and informed me of how trustworthy and knowledgeable he was. When everything was said and done, he made sure to stick around to make sure the issue was fixed and tested for any CO presence. Even though his visit was one of urgency and sprung on him, it was very reasonably priced. I am truly grateful and incredibly impressed by his work. I can't tell you what a blessing it was. "TL, DR - He will absolutely find and fix your Toyo woes Talked to him (John) around 5 in the evening explaining my problem. He said he would try to make it out that night. He got to the house around 9PM and went straight to work. Around 1030 he said he had to go but he would research some more information and come back the next day. Next day rolls around he shows up, worked steady for several hours to get my unit fixed. The bill even came to less than I anticipated. When most people would've quit and tried to sell a new unit, John stuck in there and wouldn't let it beat him. We're just glad to finally have heat and hot water again."
