"Having purchased a small tree for a new house asked the staff if they could plant 7 1gallon peonies for me. I said yes to the fee of $400as I am not a local resident and have no tools here. Seemed pretty steep to dig 7 one gallon holes but I needed the help. After planting I asked the two workers to spread 6 sacks of mulch around the 3 x 6 planter bed. They did. It took less than 10 minutes. I removed the trash to their truck as the mulch was spread. NO more than 10 minutes. Maybe even 5 minutes So I get a call that says the workers did more work than was expected and they wanted another $170 to cover extra work. $85/ hour for 2 men. I know prices are high everywhere. But this gouge is really just too much. Really? $170 for les than 10 minute? I will never shop here again. The greed is just too much"

"We are disappointed with them. We went for an estimate and said we would be on waiting list and will call us asap. The girl that was in reception seems like she doesn’t know what she’s doing even with simple question. In Short, after a year of waiting, still nothing from them. We even called them 3times and yet zero email. We have a big project for them but we’d rather spend our money with other company. I don’t think a simple answer weather you can do the job or not is hard."

"A quick look at the reviews and it seems I am not the only one treated with disregard. I came to Faltz to hopefully get an estimate on quite a large project. I came in here June 2021. Stopped at the office and requested an estimate. Filled out their form and was told I should hear back within 2 weeks. 3 weeks later nothing. I stopped by their office again in late July 2021. They didn’t have my form on file? I filled out another form yet again for an estimate. And was told the same thing. We should get a call within 2 weeks and if not for me to call them. It’s September and I haven’t gotten any contact. It must be a good problem for Faltz to be so busy not to be taking any more jobs or even estimates but this type of service makes me never want to spend money here. And I tell all my friends and family about the unresponsiveness from Faltz."

"In 2020 we had an estimator schedule to give us an estimate on landscaping and water feature and the estimator never showed - no call, no show. This year we thought we would try to give them another shot at estimating a retaining wall job and we were told that the estimators were booked out until beginning of June and to call back then. That doesn't make sense. If I call back then, the estimators could be booked out until the end of June - a neverending cycle of call and be pushed back. We will never do business with Faltz again. "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." My trusting in this company was its Faltz, not my faults!"

"I was impressed by the work Faltz did on my next-door neighbor’s home and another house in our neighborhood, so when we needed to replace a tree that died I knew I wanted to hire them. Kara walked with us through the tree selection process, was very professional and provided excellent customer service. The workers who were dispatched for tree installation were very diligent and hardworking, they were genuinely concerned about the success of the tree and focused on making sure the area where the tree was to be planted was ready. They worked exceedingly hard to remove additional roots by hand, that another tree removal person I hired couldn't reach. They also worked to reinstall three trees installed by a different contractor that were installed too low. I should have hired Faltz to begin with, you get what you pay for. I love my new weeping white paper birch and can see great value in hiring someone who knows how to install things correctly."
