"I attend school here and enjoy it! They made it really easy to go back to school while managing work and my home life."
"My overall experience with Charter has been a great one. The environment is friendly and helpful. The instructors are AWESOME, even then that is an understatement and I honestly can't explain it to you. It's something you should experience yourself. We have a lot of fun in the class and labs. You definitely learn a lot and some things are hard and are very challenging but they do not see mistakes as failure only as learning opportunities to help you grow better in your field of study. They challenge you to thrive and not give up. I really love Charter and the people at this Wasilla facility."
"Still in the process of getting registered and stuff but its nice. Staff is helpful and costs aren't high at all."
"They lie to you, make promises they don't keep, screw up your credit with the outrageous loans (yes, even making all payments on time and paying more than the minimum). I was on the dean's list when I graduated 3 years ago. I'm not a good student. The teachers make spelling and grammar errors, turn over rate is atrocious as they can't keep good teachers. Your credits are NOT transferable because they are NOT accredited!! Companies hesitate hiring you because they know charter does not teacher their students well. If you ever had an IEP, stay away from here. They will not help you. Updated based on reply: charter is NOT regionally accredited. This means, your credits will NOT transfer to a reputable university! The only other college they *might* transfer to is Waylon Baptist. UAA will not accept credits from a "nationally" accredited school. (That's a good selling point though, being national sounds better than regional)."
"I am an alumna of Charter Collage, AK. I started my classes from scratches and took me 3 years to accomplish the MBA program. During my study the local campus stuff was always supportive and available. The instructors are dedicated, knowledgeable and love to teach. My classes were online and the technical support was great. Many of my teachers were in a different time zone but they were always in touch in less than 12 hours after I posted my questions or problems. Because of the flow of the classes, there was no overlaps and breaks from one program to the other. The financial support is really great and with the different awarding there is a motivation to do the best study one can do. I feel the knowledge I gained during my study with charter is valuable and useful for real life and gives me a chance to create a better life for myself and my family."
