"I went in for anterior & posterior spinal fusion double discectomy on 3-21-24. Everyone was terrific from the time I checked in until the time they wheeled me to my car pickup. Third floor nurses and nurses aides both day and night shift were super attentive, knowledgeable, good humored, and graceful. Literally everything you imagine in the perfect nurses - every last one of them. I am a lucky man to have been placed in the care of such competent professionals every single step of the way. "Excellent ER care. Informative. They take the time to talk with you about whatever illness or problem you might have. Also make sure you understand the information they gave you. Caring staff. They put effort into making sure you are comfortable while there, no matter the reason you came into the ER. Even if they get slammed, which seemed to happen when I was there, it just got busy. The staff make sure to pop their head in at least to make sure you are doing ok and don't need anything. My visit was quick. The only weird or odd thing was the front desk guy that needed my information for insurance purposes and to make sure everything was correct in my file. He acted actually afraid to come all the way into my room. I get WHY he didn't want to come in my room, however there are better ways of doing things than literally hiding behind a door and not speaking loud enough that I can hear you clearly the first time you ask me something....just odd. The hospital does have light protective gear, gowns, masks and gloves...but maybe those items are strictly reserved for nurse and doctor use only! Other than that. This hospital has done an excellent job of treating me fairly, quickly and efficiently! I would recommend them for sure!"
