"They NEVER answers calls. Always the longest wait time checking in. Worst time management in the world. Can't check into a hotel without this crazy as long as it already is."
"By far the WORST hospitality in the state. I'm shook that the majority of their customer owners are elders and the system they run isnt set up to take care of them. You'd think a company run under a federal program would handle business better. Miscommunication, insurance abuse, etc... Customer owners/patients need to voice their concerns with how everything is run."
"Front desk consists of the rudest customer service I've experienced in Alaska. My wife attempted to simply drop off a bag of items to a resident. When she approached the front desk, the customer service agent immediately joined into a personal conversation his coworkers were having. When asked him if she could assist, he didn't even look up at her to tell her, "unfortunately I am". She stood there waiting for 5 minutes being completely ignored. At no point was she told that she should even pull a number. Extremely rude and condescending behavior."
"Finally there are notable and noticable changes being made here. Staff and patients working together, modeling respect for self and others showing empathy and understanding in a more gentle soothing manner. All drama aside thanks for listening and addressing concerns within the building. I remember a grand glorious hospital during the fall my son was born here shortly after opening in 1997, I'm sure I speak for others when I say "keep paving the way" we're not quite where we should be but we're definitely getting there. "I feel most comfortable staying here my hotel experience at Springhill on University was horrible. I love the security, once addressed with an issue its resolved fast. I love all the people at ANMC/ Patience Housing they are all polite, funny and respectful. Please remember to treat them back with love and respect."
