"Love Dr. Brooks. It's so clear she cares for any pet that comes to her. One of our pups used to "need" a muzzle because she would get upset when our prior clinic gave her shots, but Dr. Brooks knows how to keep everyone happy and distracted throughout their visit, no snapping or problems at all. She has also helped us with finding the right balance between behavioral training and medicine for said anxious girl who has been much happier. It is definitely difficult to get a hold of someone by phone because the front desk is very busy and works hard!! But they are very good at responding to emails within a few days, or if you stop by in person. Very happy with our experience."
