"At Pet Emergency been here 2 hours called Diamond hospital and was told they are not taking anymore on there wait list today but I could call back tomorrow... are you serious, this is crazy, I wonder how you'd feel if you took your child to the hospital with a possible broken leg and told to check back tomorrow???"
"Being from out of town, sometimes it's difficult to find good people to take care of your fur babies. Everyone was so nice, and he was better for it. Thank you ❤️"
"The services provided were good but I did have to wait almost 2 hours to be seen. I didn't realize it was an emergency vet. Next time I go I have an appointment so it won't take as long hopefully. The facility was very nice inside even though I couldn't stay with my puppy but, they were kind enough to let you in to use the restroom. Hopefully soon things will return to normal and you'll be able to go into places with your fur babies."
"Used to be the best place in Anchorage to take your pet, now they act like you are lucky of they will bother to see you. Come and sit for 4 hours and we will get to you if we can is exactly what I was told on the phone. Before that I called to make an appt and they laughed at me literally! Telling me it would be 2 months before they could schedule an appt. That was before Covid. I say it's time to find a new vet!!!"
