He was not going to give one to us and if we got turned back at the border he was putting it in the paperwork that it wasn’t his fault. All we wanted was a sedative to keep her calm on the ferry. He jumped all over my Grandaughter saying he didn’t care who she talked to they were wrong. When we got to the border, they ask if we hat a pet i said yes a dog and she said have a great day. No issues whatsoever. I wouldn’t recommend this guy to anyone."
