"We absolutely love Dr. Weston and his staff! I have never had a single issue getting a hold of them or they getting any of my 5 kids in. He listens to you and does not rush the appointments. This means a longer wait possibly, but it makes me feel better that he cares and isn’t rushing. We are extremely happy with them and will stay with them indefinitely. ☺️☺️"
"Dr. Weston, and his staff has been anything but helpful when it comes to seeing my son. He have been an established patient with him for a year. Each time I call for an appointment with my small child he cant see him. I have called to be seen when my child has had fevers of 104 and the response I get is, "call the on call phone and see if they answer. If not, you can drive to Kemmerer to be seen." My son was just seen for well check when we brought up a cough that he has. Dr Weston said that he was congested and to let him know if he gets worse. I called in, to let him know its worse, and there was no record of him being seen for the cough. Now we will have to bring him back. These are just a few issues that we have had. Not being able to keep notes, and see a one year old when they are sick is ridiculous. I have driven to Utah 4 times in the last year to be seen for high fevers, due to the Dr not being able find time for him."

"If I could give them a zero I would. Dr. Westin himself is a great doctor, but his staff is what makes me not want to go there again. We’ve had 2 emergent cases involving our daughters. Each time they say there’s no way they can get them in for a simple check up or they just don’t answer the phone or hang up. He needs a new staff if we decide to ever go back."
