"Talk about soul less, I entered to try to purchase some gift items for my little nephew, but I was so deterred but the lady on duty. What a shame, I walked by her several times while she wouldn't even bother saying "Hi," or even acknowledge my presence. It appears to me, that to shop at a place like this I have to be someone very special. I think I'll keep my money to myself at a place that is so entitled to not even acknowledge their customers. I spoke to Ivan at 12:30am about what time they closed and she told me that it was 1:30am but it was officially 2am in her words. Quite unfortunate seeing this lack of customer service..."
