"Responsiveness is decent but I would look elsewhere first for Phantom Screens. Pricing and organization are less than acceptable. Quote was 6k. Final bill was 8k. They came down 1k but I had to ask many times for fair pricing. Watch your estimate, shipping, and service charges closely. My experience was not good in these departments. The product itself is decent. I would only do absolutely necessary door openings for what they are charging. Screen sags a bit and rails require regular lubing. Stay informed. Not a shady place at all just way overpriced."
