"We have had our propane service for 24 years. Since it changed to Valley Wide Coop, nothing but trouble. Drivers coming when it’s muddy and making huge ruts in my yard. Never sure when they are going to come and fill. They came late last fall and left a huge $700 plus bill. Then came again in a couple of months later for another $200 plus. So we had just begun whittling down the $700 when we get added upon. I just sent my final payment 3 days ago, and found a note on my door today that my tank had been locked and it would cost me another $60 to get it opened! Are you kidding me? Never seen such poor customer service! Seeing how the payments go to Jerome, Idaho, you would think the people in Thayne, Wyoming would check with the home base before they make such a rash move to someone who has been a loyal and paying customer for 24 years! As soon as my tank is empty, I will be changing to someone who values my patronage! Avoid these guys!"
