"I’ve been to this lab a few times. Always have made an appointment and always have had to wait past my appointment time. Today I went in 10 minutes before my appointment time, checked in on the kiosk and sat down to wait. After 25 minutes and two people who came in after me and were called back before me, I went to check in with the front desk. The lady said, “oh I don’t see orders from your doctor in our system so your labs are on hold”. Exactly how long were they going to let me sit there before someone mentioned that? She said I could call my doctor to fax them in. If I had known that 25 minutes earlier when I showed up then maybe I would have had time but now I have to leave to be somewhere else. It would have been nice to know before I wasted my time waiting. There was no apology or caring what-so-ever. I walked out and won’t be back. Another guy sitting next to me had to call his doctor office and I heard the conversation where the doctor office said they had faxed the orders yesterday but Labcorp didn’t get them yet. So the doctor office had to re-fax them again that morning. Other places you can get labs drawn are Providence lab, Quest labs, and many doctor’s offices. I’d skip this spot unless you prefer to waste your time."

"HORRIBLE place!! If you can go anywhere else for lab work do it. I got there 15 minutes before they closed for lunch. They had me sign in they took my paperwork, and told me to sit in the waiting room. So I signed in and sat in the waiting room, and while I was there in the waiting room, the gals at the front desk TURNED OFF THE LIGHTS AND LEFT without saying a word to me. I sat there for another 45 minutes, (now an hour total), when another patient came in and began to sign in on the computer. I informed that person that I had been sitting there for over an hour in the dark. Apparently somebody from the back heard me tell the other customer I had been there for an hour, and she came up from the back to tell me I was being inappropriate, and she would not do my lab work. What a joke-and by the looks of all the reviews, I’m not the only one who feels this way."

"Came to do a urine test for work at 11:20 am, 40 minutes before their lunch. They said they were closed for urine testing, but could draw blood, which I did not need. Had to sit and wait til 1 pm with a full bladder. Update your hours online or actually work when it says you do."

"While some of the staff are really nice. Half of the time they’re running an hour or more behind on appointments, their self check in kiosk is garbage and they are rarely willing to help you from behind the counter. 1/2 of the time they get the orders mixed up and you have to go back in to get redrawn. I only go here because it’s in network but if you can go somewhere else, you’ll probably have less of a headache. I felt bad for the guy getting his urine testing, lady behind the counter just yelled his name and what he was there for."

"Most of the staff I interacted with was rude or incompetent. When I showed up for my appointment, a lab tech called my name for my appointment, the person at the front desk took my paperwork from her and crumpled it up, then cancelled my appointment. She then told me I needed to start the sign in process over again. An hour later, they still hasn't gotten to me, and I had other appointments to get to. Came back 2 days later, waited for an hour and half before I got called back, them they didn't know what year they needed to perform. They had billed me during the first visit for services that weren't rendered, but they couldn't tell me what they had billed me for. Another half hour later, the tech goes to put the tourniquet on, but doesn't make it tight, and then he can't figure out why he can't find a vein. So he sticks the needle in, pulls it back, issues out on, wiggles it around, then starts pulling out in and out and changing the direction, blindly hopping to find a vein. After about two minutes, he gives up and tried the other arm. Got my test results this morning, and...... They ran the wrong tests."
