"I have used Floral Art many times over the years and have been blown away by their service, creativity and dedication to detail. You name it, Ian Whipple and his wonderful staff can make it. They are so knowledgeable and have taught me so much over the years. Ian held a private event for for my daughter to build terrariums with her friends and I was blown away. He closed the store for 2 hours and he and his staff taught them everything. It was amazing and the kids walked away with so much information and amazing products. Ian's kindness, patience and professionalism as well as his staffs' astounded me. His love of plants, flowers, and animals is what makes him so special. He has the cutest tiny dogs and a new bird that all love to visit while in his uniquely amazing space. As anyone who lives locally in Jackson knows, staffing is a huge problem and we all know to be patient with businesses as finding help is a struggle. Ian kindly made this happen for us during this shortage and we will never forget it. I recommend Floral Art 100%!!!"

This review is for services for a wedding they provided flowers for, but I have bought flowers and gotten advice on the care of plants from here as well. My wife knew exactly the colors that we wanted and they have an easy to use form to let them know all the information they need. the communication was speedy and professional, and after we got the original quote with flower types and everything we wanted a few changes, and they were more than happy to accommodate! They offer delivery but I picked them up the morning of the wedding and they were absolutely gorgeous! Every bouquet and boutonniere was perfect!"
