JR's Septic Pumping and Excavation

"Do not recommend for drain clean out! They were recommended by our previous pipe guy who unfortunately retired. I’m giving JR’s a 2 because they were friendly and courteous but work was unsatisfactory. They charged me $250 to snake the kitchen drain. The young man afterwards pointed out a pipe fitting was loose where he snaked but he couldn't fix it because “we’re not plumbers.” Fine. Less than a month later it was starting to slowly back up again. We live in a house built in the 80s with not so typical plumbing. We usually have to get our kitchen sink drained every couple years. I called Steve and absolutely no accountability. I was told “we don’t know what you put down your drain.” True but please listen to your costumers when they tell you this isn't normal. I promise we’re not dumping lard and hairballs down our drains. I dont mind paying for work that is completed correctly but I refuse to pay another $250 for a redo a month later. Disappointed customer"

I called JR's a little after 9 am, and they were able to make it out later that morning, even earlier than originally quoted! We had a completely blocked kitchen drain. Mike was able to get it cleared in less than an hour with no problems. Great service, nice people, reasonable price, and we will definitely call them again if we have a similar problem. "We came home from ten days vacation to a frozen sewer line. JR's was the first drain service to answer their phone and promise to be there the same day. When Mike arrived, he and his helper went straight to work on thawing the drain and had water flowing in less than 10 minutes. ONce they were satisfied with the flow they got out an inspection camera and confirmed the entire line to the main was clear. JR's will be my first call the next time I need sewer service."
