"I would love to leave a great review about how great their service is as others have said. However, this business advertises 24/7 emergency service. I had my home flood all night long. Complete disaster. I called at 8am, was transferred to a call service that was obviously out-of-state since they did not know how to spell Wasilla. The lady took my number and gave me the office number I needed. She also tried to connect me to the local office. No answer so she left a message. She told me to call directly and leave a message also. I did. It is now 1:30pm and no return calls, nearly 6 hours later. Luckily another company did call me back instantly and went to work right away. These guys are probably busy. Although, they deal in emergencies and should convey the overloaded schedule to their call center. At least tell their potential customers to try another business. The longer a flood sits the lowest the chances of salvage are. If these guys don't return your call in 15 minutes, save your home and call someone else."

"We called Andy with dry out systems in the evening when our washing machine decided to flood our home. He was very helpful over the phone and had mentioned that he would contact us the next day, and provide a free inspection of our damage. When we tried to contact him the next day he said that he would return our call within 30 minutes. It has now been 10 hours and still no response. I'm sure that this company is very good at what they do, but the failure to respond in a timely manner is frustrating. I am very understanding of a busy work load, but if that is the case I might suggest better planning and time managment."

"i feel that i must say thank you many many times to this company! when my house flooded they came within one hour, they worked tirelessly for days to secure and disinfect the premises, sometimes until late at night disregarding what time of day or night it was. The boss and staff, all of them, promptly came whenever i thought i needed their presence, also during the week end. They even encouraged me when i was desperate and panicking because of the mess in my house. I must say that i have rarely met such great people, they are so nice, hardworking and professional. I must congratulate the owner for choosing such great people to represent his company. "I came home to a soaked basement carpet, and immediately started humming a catchy little tune, and knew immediately who to call. I called Andy first thing the next morning and his first comment was why didn't you call me last night? Talk about service!! He came right over and got things taken care of my family and reassured us that it wasn't bad as I thought, and helped get us back on track and Dried Out."

"Thank you, you guys are great. I had about 5 inches of water in my crawl space due to a issue with my wash machine. I made a call to Dry Out System of Alaska on a Friday morning and a few hours later Andy showed up to access the damage and had Gerald and crew out within a few hours later to start the cleanup. Very quick service and all the workers were very professional. Because of the extensive amount of water it took a little over a week to complete the work. Gerald dropped in almost every day to check the fans and de-humidifier to make sure everything was working properly. After the crawl space was dried out they installed new plastic and everything looks like new. I can't thank you near enough for all that you have done.
