"I thought this could be my friendly little neighborhood laundry mat since I live close by and my dryer broke but every time I walk in I get stared down, not to mention it stinks like mold so bad in there. I recently walked in with 3 dry garments. I wanted to use the dryer on the NO HEAT setting to freshen and remove wrinkles before I shipped out items that customers bought from me online. I was told I wasn’t allowed to do that—only wet clothes can go in. I was the only customer in there. The very first time I used this place I was told that I need to come back quicker to retrieve my items and not leave them all day which I didn’t do. The second time here I was told I needed to get my clothes out at 8:30 even though the website says 9:30. Laundry mats have always given me a calm vibe but this one makes me super anxious!! You might as well go to Holiday."

"So far the cleanest laundry place I found (and we travel a bunch). Expensive .. $6 for a big wash and 25c for only 4 minutes of dryer... But the washer was done in 16min and everything was clean and dryer works well The lady is nice."

"NOT RECOMMENDED. Immediately after starting the washing machine, I realized that I dropped one piece of clothing. The lady working there could have easily unlocked and restarted the machine—as it was clear to be a simple mistake on my part. But she said “no, next time.” I was confused. She almost refused to give me money to start another load. I told her I actually want to wash ALL of my clothes. Not customer friendly. She has the “snooze, you lose” mentality. If I was in her shoes, I would have helped the customer."

"My daughter and I went there today. We brought in our blankets, we can’t wash in our washer. My daughter pink blanket went missing. I believe we didn’t shut the washer right, someone saw it open decided to take my daughter blanket closed the washer up. I do remember who the person was because them was the only one by my washer. My daughter not upset at all. Her words were I guess they needed it more than I do. How about next time just ask! The lady there was very nice and sweet. I didn’t say anything because what can she do. I will go back there, just next time I’ll make sure the washer is closed right!"
