"Not happy with ameri-gas at all. The propane is full of hydrates that freeze in the regulator; wet propane has been found in the line and does damage to my furnace valve. I’ve asked numerous times to be notified when a delivery is coming to my house or shop - nobody will ever notify me. Delivery man will not fill both of my tanks (only fills one tank not both and both tanks are side by side). Have had issues with billing, agreed upon price per gallon is not what is being billed to me. Will not recommend ameri-gas to anyone! Trying to get out of my contract and will not renew contract again!"
"Divlery was good, the thing I hate most , you have done like everyone else. Want everything done without out having to talk to a person. And now you no longer have you local office. So when I do get to a person, you have third party everything to , some foreign country, were the barely speak English. So thank for letting me vent. Again you're doing nothing that everyone else is doing."
"Not having a local office or contact to order propane is a huge pain. The call center that takes call to order propane is useless."
"I will give a 4 star experience because customer service has been very friendly. However, I have not heard back if the bill for the resent delivery has been addressed. Still waiting if we actually did get the fuel at our cabin. Thank you"
"I already filled this out and told you that I hated dealing with customer service in the Philippines. She had no idea what my account was and that I had two tanks. I’m really disgusted that when your driver was out last fall, they didn’t think to fill up my tank and now I have to pay $300 for an emergency delivery."
