Reviews of United States Postal Service
"Worst post office I've ever had. They literally refuse to deliver on my packages all winter long. You'd think that there was some sort of obstruction, nope just half an inch of compacted snow and the post worker has a 4x4 jeep, I'm just wondering why yall are incapable of delivering a package when you wen out of your way to spend my tax payer dollars on a 4x4 vehicle and then fail t9 use it to do the job I pay you for."
"There are 2 specific employees that I had horrible experiences with. Which I will be naming because I feel that other staff there are nice . First being the lady, Mara. She wears a beany hat. I also watched her interact with other customers as well while I was in the office. No greeting, rude tone of voice, rude responses. Just poor customer service. Second being the postmaster, Jenni. Which I've seen others leave poor reviews about her as well. She was arrogant, and demeaning to me. Which was fine I was just there for a business purpose and needed it taken care of regardless of the customer service. When I asked for her boss's information she refused to provide a number to me. And refused to provide her name. Which I later got from one of her other employees. This was for a very specific mail out letter for my business. I just feel like it is totally unacceptable the way they spoke to me. They didn't even know anything about the piece of mail and refused to find out more information before being so rude and belittling. It's fine to not know but at least find out information first before just being so rude! Especially where I've been sending out the same envelopes for YEARS in other post offices without any issues before.. Once they contacted the state laboratory department via phone about the piece of mail and found out that it didn't require postage....they refused to admit it. Gave me "complementary postage" acting like they were doing me a nice favor. And still made a fuss about it. When it didn't even need any postage to begin with. It was at that point I asked for supervisor information. Because I'm sorry that is unacceptable and I don't need to deal with that every time I send out the envelopes.. total power tripping from Jenni. She needs to be retrained."
"This is a wonderfully run post office and I'm a very appreciative customer."
"This place was alright but the mail time wasn’t the best we didn’t get mail until like two weeks after! When I went to cancel my P.O. Box it took 15 minutes to get someone at the front and some lady was absolutely rude and the clerk was nice. So this need to be fix with mail and employees"
"I sent my daughter to pick up a package for me & the clerk said that since her name and address didn't match mine that she would need to have the slip left so we sent her a picture of it which the clerk said would work. However when my daughter went back into show the clerk there was another clerk there as well and she said they couldn't accept the picture, after we went thru the process to send it like the 1st clerk said. I belive this is a training issue they all should be on the same page when it comes to policy, they waited mine and my daughters time. If the mail man would just deliver my packages or leave them in the lock box that would make things easier but they never do."
