"My 12-year-old cat just received extensive dental surgery (19 extractions!) here. It was quite pricey (just over $2300 in total), but I was incredibly pleased by my overall experience, as well as hers. I dropped her off for surgery a little after 8am, and received a call from the vet at noon to let me know how well she did during the surgery, the anesthesia, etc. The vet spent almost 10 minutes on the phone with me, discussing the surgery, anesthesia, what to be on the lookout for as she heals, amongst other things. It was very relieving, and when I went to pick her up, the tech made sure to go over everything with me again and ensured I went home with zero questions. This was only my second visit to this office, and both visits were as pleasant as a trip to the vet with a beloved pet that you're worried about can be. The office is lovely and everyone from the people that work at the front desk, to the techs, to the vets themselves are all exceptionally personable, friendly, and they all seem to have the perfect dispositions to work with animals. 10/10 would recommend!"

"I was so worried for my Bojo he just wasn't acting his normal self. I filled out the online form for Urgent Care and was able to get in as soon as they had an open spot which was pretty quickly. I always feel confident with the veterinarian and the staff. They explain things thoroughly and kindly they give great estimates so you're not left guessing. "The first time I took my dog here, it was a wonderful pleasant experience. Unfortunately I cannot say the same this time around! I called due to my dog eating something a week ago, they notified me that they were closed for the day so I took her to PET ER. Pet ER had me waiting in the car for 11 hours with my dog until she was finally seen. Mind you I am almost 9 months pregnant so you can imagine how uncomfortable and hungry I was sitting there. My dog was finally seen and everything seemed fine with her. This was a little over a week ago and she STILL has diarrhea. I called Chester valley and they just kept saying I was on the waiting list, which I was fine with, spoke to Dana who was very polite and patient with me. I just called them (Britney picked up) to get an update and maybe some advice because every other vet is booked or not taking walk ins and was explaining the situation when I was RUDELY interrupted MID-SENTENCE, given attitude and then HUNG UP ON when I tried to finish my sentence. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I called back to try to speak to a manager and she even claimed that I was “verbally abusive to her” NEVER once did I raise my voice or talk down to her. I even initially apologized for calling so much during the week and TRIED to explain I was just worried about my dog. Never have I been treated so rudely before. Updating my review: about a day or two later we were called that they had a spot for us, we went in to make sure our girl was okay and the staff that did take care of us were very kind and patient with us and they took good care of our girl, quickly. So I am updating my rating for that reason ☺️"

"I’ve been bringing my dog here since I got him earlier this year. I have no complaints about the well puppy services. Today I brought my dog in because he’s been sick for the last several days. They took such great care of us! The vet spent lots of time with us to discuss treatment options and benefits of potentially doing diagnostic testing but was not pushing one way or the other and being very mindful of the costs associated. They doted on my dog and I felt confident with the treatment plan. I felt I paid a fair price for the services. Yes I did have to wait a while for the walk in services but they have communicated with us reasons for the wait (bad staffing across the country) and are actively trying to improve the process. I was able to wait for most of the time in the comfort of my home and then they contacted me about an hour before they were able to see us. I’m so thankful that I was able to use the walk in service rather than the expense of a local pet ER. And by doing the walk in visits I was able to be seen next day and not wait several days or weeks. Thanks for all your hard work!"
