"I always get nervous when dropping my cat Whiskey off at new boarding facilities, but as soon as I walked through the door of Purrfect Purr Cat Hotel, I knew that Whiskey was in good hands. The staff member I spoke to was amazing, and I could tell that he really cared for all of the cats that were guests. The facility was so cute, and it provided the cats with so many things to do and an opportunity to socialize, or not to socialize, whatever they wanted! I will definitely be bringing Whiskey back, and I would like to thank the staff again for providing a safe/fun atmosphere for my cat when I am out of town!"

"This place is amazing! My cats have stayed here twice ranging from a weekend to a week. One cat loves is here with all the places to climb. The other one isn't quite used to other cats. The staff treat both of them so well. Even the shy one seems to enjoy herself. Without this place, I don't think I'd be comfortable going out of town"

"My wife and I have used Purrfect Purr to watch our cat when we've had to leave town for work or vacation, usually once a year (even during COVID). We've NEVER had a problem with Elaine or her staff, and they've worked with us for early / late pickups as necessary. The longest stay was nearly 4 months long and we received regular updates, including videos of how our cat was doing. Our shortest was a week. He's never come home sick or needing to go to the vet or groomer. We will continue to use Purrfect Purr as long as they are in business when we have to leave town. The only other boarding option for cats in South Central Alaska is to put them into a small kennel where they share spaces with dogs, can't stretch their legs and are overly stressed. We highly recommend Purrfect Purr to anyone who cares about their cats and wants them to enjoy their own personal vacation while the parents are out of town."
