"Great place to get whatever you want or need. Very knowledgeable, friendly personal always ready to find a solution for needs and problems presented."
"Their "gunsmith" failed. Asked to mount my VX6. Unprofessional job, similar to that a child would have mounted a used 4x tasco onto a BB gun. The service AA&RS provided was to damage my gun and destroy my $1,900 Leupold VX6 scope, they installed the cheapest, wrong scope bases; because they didn't align the rings and they didn't properly torque the bolts, they ended up crushing the tube, the eye relief isn't even close, the heads of the screws are marred up and the reticle isn't even close to horizontal. When I called them on it, they demanded I pay them saying "we did the best we could". I had planned on gifting the gun to my son - now it just sits in the corner of my closet. What a waste. You can see in the picture the differences in the scope ring gaps on the left side of the gun. I ended up buying a scope base from Near Mfg for $432 and another Scope for $2,600. You can't take your expensive guns to people who can only know the cheapest, lowest quality junk there is. Don't take my word for it, take a look in their shop and see for yourself. You'll see junk."
"Lots of stuff, great service and support. Way better and less expensive than the big box stores. And locally owned."
"Great staff, all sorts of gear, tooling, and options for firearms. They carry all sorts of ammo and hard to find ammo. The consignment option for you to sell your firearm there is nice and safe. The gunsmiths in the back are knowledgeable and easy to talk to."
"5/5 for the store and sales people 0/5 for the gunsmith The store itself is great and the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Good products, reasonable prices. The gunsmith is dishonest and unprofessional though. Dropped my rifle off on May 26th to get a muzzle brake and he told me it would be 3 weeks. Never happened. Finally gave up and picked up my rifle today without any work being done, 9 weeks later. They were still “weeks out”. I understand if you have a lot of work to get through and it’s going to take a while, but don’t lie about it. They have lost my trust. Underestimating by a couple of weeks is understandable. Being off by an order of magnitude is dishonest. Not communicating with your customers is unprofessional. At no point did they call me to tell me they were months behind schedule. I called twice to check on the status and both times all they would tell me is “we will call you when it is done”."
