"Took my 2003 Yamaha Kodiak 400 4x4 in for repairs and a plow for the snow season. Customer service seem to be pretty good. The only downfall that I see would be the communication between service and customers. Was told my machine would be done within the week and it’s been two weeks now and still have machine in the shop.Found out they had to order parts and they had to wait for them to come in so not a big deal for me.Overall they are a great company and I will continue to use their services. Only request I would have is to contact customer when they say if any repairs or time changes are needed so the customer does not have to keep calling to find out what is going on.When I did call them several times they said they are very sorry for the inconvenience and they would make sure I am compensated for the wait.If the changes made to calling the customer frequently while the machine is in the shop To keep us updated, you would definitely get a five star from me.keep up the good work."
