"I just don't get that I have to show my military ID when buying Alcohol or Tobacco (not for age verification) but because the so-called prices are supposed to be lower than off base. However, both tobacco and Alcohol 99% of the time are more expensive than off-post convenience stores. I have to show an ID for the privilege to paying higher prices. The manager also told me that its a convenience to the Exchange to be there and that's also why... Well I'd rather have Holiday, Tesoro or Chevron any day because they have lower prices and would feel that they are the privileged ones and not the other way around!"

"Located up the road from my house this place is great with me and my kiddos. They definitely make sure each experience is a great one. They always open up another register when each line gets m9re than 5 customers. Their sidewalks are mainly kept up during the winter. Great job team."

Each time, though, the staff is not really interested in customer service, and focus on gossiping and chatting with each other instead."
