"The store was closed in the middle of the day with a lot of staff inside having a meeting. Two of my rings were resized accurately, but one was still a little too large. I didn't have them fix it, because it took almost an entire month to get them resized in the first place. I would not use them again."
"I normally don't leave reviews, however mu fiance and I had such a great experience picking out a wedding band to go with her engagement ring here. Michael was absolutely great and did an awesome job helping us find the perfect wedding band. He was definitely very patient and helpful!! 10/10 would recommend!!!"
"Buyer BEWARE!!!! Be warned if you purchase any insurance when you purchase any jewelry here, that the counter person will not provide you with the fine details of what a "lifetime" warranty is. They do not tell you that you have to bring your jewelry in every 6 months for a cleaning AND inspection and THAT they also require your previous 6 month inspection report, or the warranty is void. They also do not tell you that if you lose a stone in a ring, they expect you to bring the stone that has fallen out with you otherwise they will not replace the stone. How are you supposed to find the stone that has fallen out when you have no idea when and where it happened? If the quality of the jewelry was more than sub-par, stones should not be falling out."
"The sales lady “Kim” was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and an asset to your company. There was No pressure like usual sale hounds, she presented very high quality rings taking her time to explain the details of each.. price and value, along with Color, Cut etc. It was a pleasure working with her, and I look forward to more business with both your company and professional sales people like her!"
"As I was looking for a wedding band, a yellow gold band, the saleswoman said, "My husband says yellow gold is for women." WHAT? Then more talking and talking about how every other jeweler is awful. At the point of sale, saleswoman claimed Fred Meyer doesn't do the first sizing on a plain wedding band for free, I had to either pay $65 or $80 for the "plan"and wait 2 weeks for the sizing. Ended up buying it because of the sale. I called the Abbott Fred Meyer the next day out of curiosity and the guy there said Fred Meyer on Abbott did the first sizing free AND same day. Even though I saved money on the sale price, I went and got my money back from the Muldoon store. Good sale price, but awful customer service. I didn't want to give them my money."
