"New to town... Didn't seem very helpful or grateful and I will be buying and spending money in the near future.. I wanted to know more about fat tire bikes..I needed a part from my bike wasn't willing to help me with parts just to get me by didn't offer to order any parts didn't offer to fix it.. seemed confused why I was there!!! I thought it was a bike shop!!! I did buy some hand grips for a decent price... I will keep looking for the bike shop for me"
"This shop is amazing. Chad is very reasonable, I brought my bike in because I stripped my crankset. So from buying a new crankset it will be $230 plus, but Chad made an effort to repair it by using his special tool which bump down the cost to $55. I feel that if I went to the other shop they will probably just buy new parts and call it a day. Definitely going back for any maintenance or repair. Glad we have one in Eagle River. Highly recommend this shop."
"Can’t recommend this place enough! The owner is so cool and nice and helpful and fixed my son’s bike right away! Everyone should take their bikes here!"
"Chad at Peak Cycling has been a great resource close to home for my bike repair needs, I’ll definitely keep going back for any servicing I need!"
"Bad service. Waited almost 3 weeks for my bike to be fixed and never got a call. I texted about the status and was "mansplained" that I must have missed the call. Got new tires put on. Got home put bike in shed. Tried to go for a ride that week and tire was flat. Was told that they "normally" do not fix flat tires after bike is out of the shop, but that he will fix it. Will NEVER use this place again. Worth the drive to anchorage."
