"the other day me and My Husband went in to buy the Family riding gear for Safety, Ie Helmets, chest Protection, Riding boots and just the necessary stuff, we just bought three four wheelers from Yamaha and was recommended to head here, we walked in and started to look, as we spent about 15 mins, was not greeted, asked if we needed help, mind you we don’t know a lot about safety equipment or sizing, but the girls up front were just worried about talking and gathering g around the cash register, one came up and just looked at us and was making sure we were not stealing and went back to the register, would not recommend this place for your family’s riding outfit selection, horrible experience being judged like a thief after we spent thousands on new bikes and tried to spends thousands more there but nope looks like Amazon got Another Huge order.. we like to support local but after being subjected to this. Would not want any family to spend any of their hard earned money here."
"Walked in Today 3/23/24 and was treated like a shoplifter, not that we look broke or bummy or should be judge … Me and my wife were trying to find a complete ATV Safety riding Gear, Helmet, Riding jersey, Jersey Pants and chest guard as well googles and gloves but as well are looking and trying on things and gathering items not once a Hello but peeping around corners, not once can I help you or bring these to the counters or have any questions but walk around the corner stare and head back to the counter with her friends at the cash register. Thats sad when your trying to support local stores in town, especially when you just bought a bunch of brand new toys at Yahama of Anchorage and just recommended you to head there because they have a better selection of riding gear.. but I guess another large order is going to be placed with Amazon for a few helmets and a bunch of safety riding gear, at least they have a huge warehouse and more Drivers out and about now. Would not recommend heading to Mad hatter in Dimond Center For Any type of Business.. very disappointed and you’ll feel like a shoplifter when your there for family safety .."
