"No professionalism at all. Quick to assumptions and anger. There was a miscommunication and I was just calling to get the proper size shirt made for my son NEVER ONCE in the conversation did I ask her to give me a free shirt. And she started off very mad saying loudly that I need to come down there and pay for a new one or the "team mom" and woman who put the order form in could come pay for it but that "she wasn't paying for it" never once was this asked of her. She asked if it was my fault or her fault I replied saying it was nobody's fault. After her yelling at me I did say "you should calm down you are selling me a TOPS 4 dollar shirt for 24 dollars" but this is after I was yelled at for 2 minutes she then told me I was black balled which is fine I can take my business else where I was just calling to explain what happened and order another shirt as I understand it was a miscommunication but with no customer service or kindness the situation escalated quickly. Being a repeat customer over the years I expected more."
