"Horrible apartments and big false advertisements. 1 not dog friendly as first advertised. 2 they will take all your money and say it's your fault, make up bogus charges to get more money from you. 3 if anyone complains about you apartments will not tell you but say if u have a problem solve yourselves but won't inform you of the issues and will just kick you out. Don't waste ur time there."
"Out of a 1500 dollar deposit they have back 150. They're a joke and rip offs."
"So I was helping out doing submittance work and on my lunch break. I talked to the owner Gary and he was gonna help us from getting into an apartment and by the time I clock doubt the office manager informed me. That I had no longer had a job. And the owner couldn't even talk to me about that or give me a chance to fix the problem so if you're looking to work there do yourself. A favor look elsewhere because if you're not part of the little quick player that consists of 3 people. They're just gonna show me out anyway. Exactly my ball if you still choose to work there by all means. Please be careful because because they gave me no reason. I never caused any trouble got along with everybody and just out of the blue. I can't tell you if it's a good place to live or not terrible place to work for a small crew. There is so much drama and if you get hired on with maintenance. They don't communicate with each other so you get 5 different people telling you what? To do find different ways and the worst part is when they let me go the owner and his wife waited across the street where they waited for the office. Manager to donot good people whatsoever"
"Gave them a notice every month for 5 months that i was moving out but they still had to bend me over and wouldnt give me my deposit. Left the apartment in the best shape it could be. But still wasnt good enough for them. I can only wish there was a negative star reveiw option"
"During our 12 months in these apartments my wife has fallen down the stairs 4 times and broke her foot once. The stairs are all rusted and uneven, not even the concrete stairs are even. They refused to do ANYTHING about them after several complaints and our ER bill for her foot. There are multiple items in the lease agreement that property management refuses to follow. One in particular is the parking. In the lease it states in big bold letters (literally) that "there is absolutely no assigned parking." Yet if you park somewhere that someone else normally parks the property manager will literally chase you down and tell you that you must move. And then continue to argue with you if you show them the lease. Worst place I have ever lived. P.S they recently changed a policy to where you have to pay $45 an hour for ANY maintinence that must be done to your apartment. I'm not sure that is even legal."
