"Sales people are knowledgeable but customer service is lacking if you have anything delivered and the item has any issue. They don’t inform you to inspect everything before the delivery people leave and then if anything is damaged, the customer is supposed to blame the delivery company. Finish issues with my furniture look like they were from the factory. The purchasing process is also very slow! Customers do not come first at Baileys. This will likely be my first and last purchase from them."
"They sold me a defective mattress. Phil sold me an amazing couch. I was so happy I went back. Brad is amazing. Sold me my bed set and a mattress. The mattress came in a box and did not fill out. I called they sent a technician out who confirmed it’s a defective bed then told me I have to wait for the manufacturer to pay baileys for the bed then they would let me know what they would do for me. I called and spoke to the GM. So I was told, he didn’t give me a name. He giggled as he got my number and information and said he would call back. A gal named Lucy called back, said they sold me a defective mattress and said I could come see if I found a mattress the same price as the defective one and they will deliver it. I went they didn’t have either of the beds I wanted in a king size. I went to customer service and they said I had to go to the service department. I explained that Lucy told me I could just come in and look at another mattress. They didn’t have any I liked in the king size. They told me she was coming to meet with me. 15-20 mins later the customer service lady said so she’s not coming you can get a new mattress or you can get a refund. I asked for a refund. The customer service lady then says okay we will send you a check. I said no, I paid cash. She said “well that is not how this works.” I said I paid cash you will return cash. This is not my fault. She called Mason over and he said it was credited as store credit. The GM needs to approve a refund, but he is not there. 15-20 minutes later he says they will have a check for me the next day. Lucy calls me the next day trying to pick up the mattress at 3pm. I let her know that isn’t going to work. I asked her when the check would be ready she said that they would have it on Monday. I informed her the check would be ready today is what Mason said. She said I don’t know about that let me check. She put me on hold. Came back and said they will call you when it’s ready. I called baileys a few hours later and spoke to Mason he said the check is cut but the GM is not there to sign it. I will call you back and NEVER called back. I am still waiting. Funny how they are quick to want to pick up their defective mattress but cannot refund the customer. I threw away my old mattress because I bought a new one not thinking it would be defective. There is no sorry, no empathy at all. I am not saying don’t buy anything from here, but based on my experience I would never recommend this place. They are quick to take your money and just hope they don’t sale you something that’s been sitting since 2021 so it is defective and you will have to wait on their time to get the situation fixed for you. I paid cash or else I would dispute the charges. This place is not honest and will lie to you to get you out of the store. I will never buy from them again."
"Horrible!!! I should've known better after I watched my parents deal with their damaged furniture sets. Once they finally were able to get them replaced, the second set was damaged as well. I guess 3 times a charm?! Well we went in to purchase couches. We thought we'd try our luck. Especially since they had that huge sale! Well, the seam ripped on our coach and the stuffing started coming out everywhere. This is a week after Purchase. Good luck trying to get through to a manager. After a week of getting the run around, I drive up to talk to someone in person. I thought they must be so busy since I couldn't get the help I needed over the phone. Once I walked into the warehouse I saw every single person standing around chatting and doing absolutely nothing. What a joke!!! After a month, the couch was finally picked up for repair(they had the nerve to try and charge me for the pickup fee)and after it had been gone for 2 weeks, we were so excited to get it back, just to see it was still damaged. I had the driver note every singe rip of the fabric. Now they won't even help us. I guess we just need to go through the warranty folks. My advice, spend the extra money somewhere else with good quality pieces of furniture."
"This place made me feel like I was at a old school buy here pay here car dealership. It was like they had a deal on everything that was too good to be true. Anytime we mentioned anything about price we would get a response of oh don't worry about the price we will get it to where you need it. They were so quick to drop the price it was unsettling and felt like it was some type of ploy... they had nice furniture that and the staff seemed to be nice."
"After only a couple weeks of buying our brand new king bed frame, the main support broke. We called the store and they said a repairman would be in touch with us, and then he never called. That’s Absolutely outrageous for the marked up prices we paid even with their “sale”. And to top it off, the delivery guys didn’t even assemble it completely. They said the left side piece was “for a queen size”, told us to call the store & they left their trash! Turns out they’re not the brightest , My husband was able to finish assembly on his own, no problem! Looks like we’re gunna have to reinforce this flimsy scrap wood “support” beam on our own too!"
