Hampton Inn Rock Springs 1901 Dewar Drive, Rock Springs, WY 82901

"This is one of the top Hampton Inns I have stayed at. I was impressed with the detail housekeeping services the room. They seemed cleaner than other sites. The shower heads were taller than most; I didn’t have to bend down. They mounted the shampoo at the end of the shower instead of the side so you can actually fit in the shower. I like that they have fans in the bathroom. The downside is the beds are very hard and on the uncomfortable side. They also were having issues with the cable so all the channels had static. Overall not a bad stay, but the beds would be my biggest complaint."

"Only stayed for one night, and the room was spacious and clean. Staff could not be friendlier and welcoming, and the free breakfast was great. I had the western omelets and biscuit, with coffee and OJ. They also had a waffle making station, cereal, oatmeal, muffins and yogurt - not a bad spread at all. The only bad part was that our room was on the first floor and right next to the kitchen (we did not realize at the time), and we heard loud noises through the early morning hours, as breakfast stays at 6am, which made it hard to sleep. Next time, we will request a room on the higher floors."

"The staff went above and beyond for me and my family. The room they set up for us to have friends and family to mourn the loss of my son and my niece. Every day they amazed us with caring support. We will only stay there when we are un that town. THANK YOU"

"Conveniently located to several restaurants and stores. The inside of the hotel definitely needs maintenance. I didn't expect resort quality, but I did expect cleanliness and a semi-maintained property. Light fixtures in hallways broken, bathroom sink leaking underneath, pool in complete disrepair, smoke detectors with bad batteries, unprofessional night employee, not even dressed to look semi professional. Overall, I'd pick any of the 3 or so hotels within a couple blocks"

"Large clean and tidy room with decent facilities. Complimentary cookies have those bad boys a kicking! We were in the back so the road noise wasn't bad however the train did wake us thankfully we got back to sleep but if you are a lighter sleeper that could be a problem. Would stay here again though."
