"CONS: -Prior to even arriving, our card was overcharged almost every night, resulting in a refund of over $200 on their end. -we had two different bookings so we had to check-in twice, and BOTH times there was no one at the desk, resulting in us and others to wait 15-30 minutes in the evening cold, missing reservations and losing out on the limited parking - THERE ARE OVER 10 STALLS AND NONE OF THEM HAD TOILET PAPER MOST MORNINGS. (GROSS) -sinks don’t work (GROSS) - there’s a coffee machine and kettle…. But no cups or coffee/tea? Apparently it’s complimentary but when I asked they gave me an issue and were clearly not happy Pro: Close to skiing It’s a hostel"

"Let's start with the Pros: It's inexpensive. Now let's talk about the Cons: 1. Horribly designed pod/hostel. No place to store skis/boards other than the common room. No place to dry gear other than the common room. No isolation of the sleeping area from the lights, sounds and smells from the common room. No clothing hooks in the showers. Only one outlet in the sleeping pod. Storage drawers in direct conflict with the ladders for the upper sleeping pods. 2. Poorly maintained and serviced facilities. Two out of the three common sinks didn't work properly. Shower rooms had broken or missing equipment. There were bathrooms without toilet paper, no hand towels. Things were not cleaned. There was a candy wrapper in the stairwell for five days that was not picked up and a towel in the entry for three days. 3. Some of the guests had issues with getting help using the provided phone number when they were unable to access their lockers. Other guests had their lockers emptied because they were moved to different pods. It's a great concept and works well in other locations, but the Cache House in Jackson fails on the execution and doesn't take advantage of its potential."

"This place is awesome. Can be a bit loud at night bc people are on vacation and getting drunk but overall it's so cool. There's a great communal space to hang out and meet people. They provide good free drip coffee upstairs in the morning. The showers are nice and clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The beds are comfy and really clean. Even free toothbrushes upstairs if you ask. Great location to hang out at the bars and go eat after skiing. And a locker for everyone to store your stuff. I was really surprised by this place. Definitely recommend for a cheaper option in Jackson Hole when travelling solo to meet new people, have a nice clean spot to sleep that is super affordable."

"I had a lovely stay. The hostel is small and in the basement of the Anvil Hotel above it. It is modern, comfortable, and clean. It is a hostel so there are lower and upper bunks. The bunks have large queen beds and a curtain for privacy. The bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms are private, clean, and stylish. Considering how expensive hotels are in this town, this hostel is a great value."

"This is quite a fun place to stay. The entire facility was welcoming and clean. You get you own secured lock and foot locker (with towels for the showers included) and the beds were private and comfy. A nice fan in each bed space provided a cool breeze and white noise along with two outlets with two USBs to charge all my items overnight. The bathrooms were clean and always available. The staff was amazingly helpful and responsive and the vinyl collection in the common place was fantastic. Old and young is this fun community overnight stay. 100% recommended. Felt safe throughout the night and rested in the morning."
