"Floors unlevel. The double bed room had an attached bathroom, yet master bedroom had no bathroom. Free WiFi didn't have enough strength for the TV to stay connected."
"The suite was of an older style, but pleasant! The WiFi worked well and while on-site staff is limited, the customer service is great and the staff are very pleasant to speak with over the phone. The location is phenomenal, mostly everything in the city is walking distance and there's convenient parking right in front. I will say though, the lockbox system with the room keys is pretty strange and makes me a tad uncomfortable. Otherwise, a great experience!"
"We recently were in Jackson Hole and stayed at this ‘resort’, #14. Walking distance to everything downtown, shopping and dinners. There were 5 of us. There were 2 complete bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living area with pullout sofa, dining area and kitchen. Kitchen had table basics. Bedding for the pullout in the tv armoire. Bathrooms were not huge, but nicely done. In fact the whole condo was nice, not a Four Season Hotel, but very decent and clean. We were given extra towels and bedding, upon request. Early check in, they let us put our bags in the office till we got back. With all of that being said, the sofa bed needs a new mattress as it was a rough sleep. Bedroom mattresses were decent but could use a replacement as well. Overall, we would stay here again."
"UPDATE Feb 2019--Snow removal is lousy and there's nobody available in the office to talk to when your upstairs neighbors decide to jump up and down for an hour, scream I love you at midnight while they run up and down the wooden walkway, or play really bad pop music at top volume. I would no longer recommend this place. Also, nothing has been fixed in over a year.--No snow removal and no handrails for steps. The room itself isn't bad and it has nice under floor heating, but standard hotel mattresses and lumpy couch."
"We were told that the rooms would sleep 4. These units are incredibly small. This place is fine for a couple, no more. The water is hot, so showers are wonderful. There is no storage for anything but skis, jackets, and maybe boots against the wall. There is only a armoire for your clothes, no closets and 3 drawers. There is no storage in the kitchen cabinets. Every cabinet is filled with something. The good news, it's close to everything. The couch is nice. Not enough blankets for the pullout bed. There is only a very thin blanket. Especially since the heater is set between 65 and 68. There is no air conditioning, but I'm not sure you would ever need it."
