Spring Creek Ranch

"We had a great experience at Spring Creek Ranch. We stayed in March in the 2 Bedroom Spirit Dance Townhome with Loft, and it was an incredible place, feeling almost like a secluded mountain cabin. There's plenty of space in front of the unit to park, the decor is beautiful, internet worked fine, bathrooms were nice. Note room cleaning etc. was by request, and I wouldn't say it's like a luxury hotel, but for us it was perfect and we didn't need much. We didn't check out any of the other amenities so I can't comment on those. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Note it's located at the top of a hill/mountain with a winding road up to the top, which makes it feel quiet and secluded and gives it some incredible views, but you will be a bit out of the way and with a heavy snow you'll need to be a bit careful going down, but they seemed pretty quick on plowing and one day someone even cleaned the snow off our car while we were away. Overall I'd highly recommend but don't expect big city 5 star kind of experience, though for us we loved it!"

"I would not recommend this to anyone. Location is great, but no service. Despite significant snow, no one shoveled sidewalk to room. Room a disappointment. Once was a two bedroom suite with kitchen and sitting area was divided into 2 separate rooms. Downstairs had murphy bed, kitchen and sitting area. Upstairs was just 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. No sitting area, 1 desk chair and desk only. Small refrigerator and coffee machine in cabinet. No place to sit or relax. Gaps around door at entrance let snow come into room and didn't melt. Narrow stairs to Upstairs had no place to put boots or jackets. No functioning hot tub, no breakfast. Rooms took over 1 day to heat."

"We stayed at this place for 6 days in March. The internet worked for 1 day. Nobody cleaned the room once, we had to specifically ask to take the trash out. Website states that the pool is working, but it doesn’t."

"I have been lucky enough to visit a lot of the properties in the Jackson, WY as well as across US and Canada. Spring Creek Ranch is without a doubt my favorite. It seems as all of them genuinely care about your experience, from Stephen Price down to Maintence and Housekeeping… they are all the absolute best you will find. You might find other properties that are more expensive, but you will not find one with a better experience than Spring Creek Ranch. They are as good as it gets!"

"I didn't stay here, but went horseback riding! It was so fun and exactly what we were looking for. Everyone was so friendly. Our guide was also very nice and attentive, he made the experience even better. The views were incredible. We stayed in town and it was a quick, easy drive out to the ranch. We don't have experiences with horses and the one hour ride was perfect for us. Highly recommend!"
