"Love this little hotel. I enjoyed the hot tub and my room. I want to shout out the grounds keepers and housekeepers. They were rocking it while I was there. The front desk staff was nice, but have to give my kudos to what I saw from the other staff at the inn.I was a little sad that when I called to book I told them I had the ikon pass for the discount and to just bring in my card. They ended up charging my card the day I arrived and had to be refunded to my card. (Have not verified this yet so fingers crossed) I really love the location and the value this inn brings. I took the free shuttle the inn provides to the mountain resort and the driver was an old school cowboy and was nice and drove well. Had three options to pick up and drop off. I heard that the shuttle service ends at the end of the month so beware if your wanting that directly. They had some real good hot cocoa. Some snacks for free too."
"When I stayed here for a school trip, my friends and I were able to share a room with 4 beds! And we even had a fireplace, which I think is nice. Although the restroom area was a bit small. The view was really pretty too. I like how the hotel was close enough to walk to a pizza place and then a park."
"Very cute hotel in downtown Jackson, within walking distance of shopping and restaurants galore. The woman who checked us in was very polite. The rooms were clean and they did well creating that western aesthetic. The bed was comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. Also pet friendly which is a huge plus and did not even charge a pet fee which was a bigger plus. Very affordable, comfortable and cozy. Would highly recommend."
"Location was great for walking to shopping and dining. Rooms weren't very clean (booger or some other substance on the head board, walls were dirty). Booked this hotel to use the meeting room; meeting room had torn up carpet and a bunch of groups of really old mismatched chairs that were all stained and dirty. Informed hotel staff all members involved in the meeting would be checking out late due to our meeting running over (checked out late by 8 minutes) and the woman at the desk was EXTREMELY rude/snotty about it. Would not recommend."
"Clean and comfortable rooms. The hot tub felt great after our long day of travel. Beautiful rustic decor. Our room had a real fireplace in it. Great location."
