"I saw Dr. Sanville when I was having severe stomach pains. He was extremely professional, thorough, and proactive. He arranged for me to have immediate bloodwork and an MRI. By late afternoon he was able to diagnose my condition, prescribe the appropriate meds, and get me on the road to healing my diverticulosis. I was impressed with his professionalism and efficiency on a day when the clinic was being slammed with many, many needy patients."

"I had an absolutely awful experience seeing Dr. Sanville. He spoke to me like a child from start to finish... unbelievably condescending. When I asked follow-up questions, because I want to be talked to like an adult and given clear, direct answers, he did not steer me in a reasonable direction about what I should expect. Instead, he told me that there is "a possibility I would lose my leg" from a 5 cm flesh wound. I pressed for the likelihood, literally gasping for air between cries, and he again did not use this opportunity to steer me in a reasonable direction. Instead, he said it was hard to say and stepped out to make a phone call. Later, when I went to the ER to be stitched up, I learned that I have a "very low risk of infection" and I should heal just fine. Dr. Sanville did nothing short of terrorize and traumatize me. You simply do not give patients unreasonable expectations of worst-case scenario outcomes and watch them wail in response without steering them back to reality. Do not see this doctor, do not trust this doctor."
