"I am 9 months pregnant and wanted my house cleaned before the baby came. I don’t know what exactly was “cleaned”’for the three and a half hours they were here. My bed sheets were put on incorrectly. I had to re clean my toilet in the master bathroom. Hair and debris still on floor in master bathroom toilet. The bathroom counters were not wiped thoroughly. Trash was left full for me to take out upstairs and downstairs . The vacuuming job was terrible. Microwave wasn’t cleaned out. Toaster oven wasn’t cleaned out. Crumbs left on kitchen counter after “wiping”. Baseboards not dusted. Tv stand nor tv not dusted. Coffee table not wiped down. Smeared cleaner on stainless steel. None of the mirrors on the walls cleaned. The list goes on and on. I emailed twice about the dissatisfaction and haven’t heard back. Don’t even waste your time or money! These photos were taken after they “cleaned” the house. ***Update, in response to the owner. So because it was a new employee, my house doesn’t deserve the proper cleaning? Also, dusting is on the list of the standard clean, but apparently it’s only part of the deep clean (please update the list on your website so there isn’t any confusion with other paying clients). Everything mentioned above is on the standard clean. ***"
