"Doctor Hayward was very helpful and explained to me why my hearing aids were not working. They were not phone compatible at least with my phone. He told me what phones would be. He was very kind and supportive and let me know how often I should at least be seen for another hearing test and a cleaning of my hearing aids. Very good visit."
"Waited about an hour but they had an emergency so I understand. They did apologize and for that I was grateful. They did the tests quickly which I also appreciated. They were friendly but I got the feeling they didn't believe me on how bad my issue was but they didn't outright say that so could have just been my anxiety there. They were pretty great though we were in and out quickly and he explained what he seen in a way we could understand. I appreciate them."
