"My doctor was great, but the billing department is AWFUL. They enter things wrong and insurance refuses to pay. They will bill you again for something that you already paid for. My experience with this practice has been an utter nightmare. It took six months for them to get my grandma’s bill fixed. I will not be going back, unfortunately."

"I'm not one to give a bad review but I feel obligated that you should know how uncoordinated this place was. You can trust what Im saying or learn the hard way. I got a 2 week follow-up appointment for bloodwork, fasted 12 hours and took time off from work. I show up and Dr. Sunflower is on vacation. No one bothered to call me. There wasn't even an order for bloodwork so I could not even do that. End of story."

"Krista Barker is wonderful! However, their billing department seems to be completely incompetent. I have gone in two times, in the last two years, for wellness blood panels that are 100% covered by insurance as preventative medicine. Yet, despite NEVER having received any communications or billing invoices, they decided to turn me into collections for a $270 balance that I never should have had in the first place. On my second visit, I was charged over $600, which again, I should not have been charged. They took care of the $600 one, eventually, after multiple calls. I am still working on the surprise collection notice from the visit 2 years ago. Phone calls and emails are not being returned by administration. I will NEVER do business with Uinta Medical Group or Evanston Regional Hospital again, even though I really like their medical providers."

"Dr. Brady did a great job on my 2 foot surgeries and had wonderful, friendly, beside mannerisms! His Medical Assistant Abby was very king and caring. She answered back my calls in a timely manner when I needed anything. Would suggest!"
