"phone representatives suck they play dumb and the supervisor shirley tells them to lie and give false information.service is terrible. i called a little after my 90day pay off mark and to tell them i have financial problems and they denied to have cared and charged me double of what they loaned me and once i was close to paying it off they charged me 400 a day bc i was still leasing when i already 2x what they loan me. they are a scam they don’t give you’re transaction receipts and they also keep your information when you tell them to delete your card information and they put transactions on your card even when you didn’t authorize it"

"Please listen carefully to the loan policy when getting s loan thru Zo Financial. If you don't pay within the first 90days your interest skyrockets and you'll be paying a LOT more than whatever your loan was.. I knew the terms before accepting the loan and I was ok with it because I knew I was going to pay it before the three months. but if you can't make the payment fully within that time frame I don't recommend going thru with it unless you're willing to pay thousands more. I give them three stars because their costumes service needs a lot of work.. all they do is blame the costumer for EVERYTHING... Whatever you call about they will make an excuse as to why they're not at fault (even if you're not blaming them for anything and are just trying to fix a problem). A simple apology from their part would go a long way rather than repeating lame excuses."

"Definitely do not use yes they got me on a bed too. Was not informed about 90 day option. The $750 loan that was initially paid off last month, but now I owe another $880 dollars for doing a 90 day option i supposedly informed about. I received one phone call to verify my information that was it. Call customer and try explaining but they are never wrong tried explaining it was not mentioned to me. Legit Scammers."
