"It was a great time. They said they only had tours Monday through Friday we got there on a Saturday and the caretaker of the property came out and said she would show us the house and give us a tour of it. When we were walking over to the house we got the privilege of seeing two moose it was on our bucket list and we got to see it there. And an absolutely phenomenal place and a beautiful beautiful house."

"On a chilly afternoon, we visited the Murie Ranch and toured the Murie Cabin, where we heard a presentation on the lives of Olas and Mardy Murie, delivered by Lisa Watkins, while we snuggled under warm blankets! Lisa’s enthusiasm and thorough talk found all who attended hanging on every detail of the courtship, marriage, and amazing lives of these two incredible people! We recommend a visit to the Murie Ranch to learn more of the achievements in the preservation of so much of our wilderness, attributed to Olas and Mardy Murie. The lecture, which was more like a devotional as presented by Lisa, ended with our listening to John Denver - who first sang to Mardy Murie on the front porch of her cabin, “A Song for All Lovers,” which we have now played time and again. Surely, our visit to Grand Teton will be a highlight of our lives!"
