"Came in as a walk in, very short wait. I got a French Pedicure, and French Manicure. The pedicure was the $60 Sole Callus Solution, and the menu at the chair said that French paint was $5 extra because I did not want shellac on my toes. The technician said that it was really $10 for French paint on my toes, and didn’t even put a neutral or pink base coat. When I asked to see the menu again, she started talking in Vietnamese, and another technician who barely spoke English said that it costs $10 extra. Fine. I opted to get a French manicure with shellac, and this technician was brilliant! She asked if I wanted either natural or pink base coat, and asked if the white tips were to my liking. My sister also got a pedicure and manicure, she did not want a color on her fingers, just clear. Then she saw the clear pink that they used for my French manicure, they charged her an additional $5 for the clear pink polish. The regular clear would be free. Geez! What I did not like was that they didn’t use a new file for my nails. They did give us a bottle of water. I will NOT be back."
"I recently went here for a manicure. Once my nails dried I asked them if they could fix them because they dried with lots of bubbles on my nails. They proceeded to put an extra coat of polish and clear polish over my nails to cover the bubbles. Once they told me they were dry I was able to leave. The next day they looked horrible. $30 and they look like they could’ve been done by a four year old."
"I booked a manicure and pedicure for myself and my daughter. I came in with a gift certificate and attempted to give it to the gentleman at the counter. He refused to take it, we started with the pedicures the water was cold and they did not remove all the dead skin from either of our feet. 3/4 the way through our pedicures, they realized we had also booked manicures. They had two other technicians come provide the service while we were still in the pedicure chairs. My technician offered to cut the nails on my hand so they were all the same length. (My nails are nautral, and two were broken) I told her no, and she cut them all off anyway. She then dropped everything and demanded that I pay for the services before they were finished. I handed her my credit card, thinking she knew about the gift certificate. I signed the slip and tip them $30.00. They did not use my gift certificate. When I informed her, she said, "The certificates don't expire" and that she couldn't refund." She then applied four coats of nailpolish, the two with color extremly thick. She then goes on to her next client. The entire polish bit took less than 5 minutes. At this point, my daughter is done, and I am stuck shoeless in a pedicure chair with wet, over coated fingernails. My nail tec came back and sprayed my nails with quick dry spray and waved us out the door. My nails were still wet (and totally destroyed) 6 hours later when I removed the polish. I had to pay for over $200.00 worth of services plus a tip before the job was done. I was left with scratchy feet, nails cut against my wishes, and a paint job that could have been done better by my 5 year old. To add insult to injury, I'm stuck with a gift certificate for an establishment I will NEVER return to."
"I've been to this salon a few times and they've always done an excellent job! This set is just stunning. It looks exactly like the reference image used. It was $100 total (excluding tip) which I think is a fair price considering the time it took and the attention to detail. I have very sensitive skin on my fingers due to eczema and it's usually painful when the nail is filed or buffed. She was very gentle with my hands and I had no pain. Thanks for the great service : )"
"Got my nails done Acrylic Gel and absolutely love it! I mean take a look for yourself. I should of got the ladies name who did this beautiful work! BUT the girl who did my eyebrows NEVER AGAIN. Highly recommend for nails BUT eyebrow don't do that to yourself."
