"I went in yesterday after years of growing my hair out healthy from having to shave it all off from cancer. I trusted her to give me layers. She just cut inches off and made my ends uneven not layered. I'm so upset I've been crying and refuse to take my hair out of a bun.. not to mention the Asian lady and I think Filipino refused to work with people who came through the door and made them wait for others even though they just refused.. not good service.. I'd like my hair fixed without becoming an shorter..."

"Always carry my kids to have their haircuts here. The girls there are really friendly and try their best to ensure my son is comfortable. Sometimes he is a bit too comfortable and forgets he's getting a hair cut."

"My niece got her hair “cut” yesterday by the older Korean (?) lady. The woman butchered her hair so bad that the girl cried after her hair cut. It was uneven and looked like the woman randomly hacked at her hair. From the other reviews, the salon seems to be aware of the issues with this stylist but doesn’t do anything about her. My niece went to another place and spent $70 to get her hair fixed. The stylist also tried to add a bunch of product to the bill without asking anyone. My mom told her that they didn’t want that stuff. Buyer beware of getting your hair done at this place."
