"For Taylor Only!! If it were possible to give a 0, I would be doing that. My sister had an appointment scheduled today at 5:30p w/Taylor and when my sister declined Taylor’s offer to reschedule (normally it wouldn’t be a big deal but she didn’t have availability for the next while), Taylor didn’t respond to the message so my sister took that to mean the appointment was still on schedule. When we showed up, NO ONE WAS THERE! The doors were locked and lights were off. This was incredibly unprofessional and we will not be returning or recommending this place or her to anyone else."

"My hair turned out great from the deep conditioning treatment. But online it said 20 dollars and in the middle of my appt my stylist was making a phone call . I was told it would alittle more than a normal conditioning treatment because she was out of the product ended up costing me 45 dollars. It wouldn't be a problem if she would of told me ahead of time."

I don’t have time for all these cancellations. A professional is expected to be on time. I have to compensate for time I’ve lost if I go do something for myself (like getting my hair done) so it really puts a damper on things."

"I scheduled a last-minute appointment with Taylor and was pleased with the professionalism and quality of service provided. Consequently, I decided to use the app to book a second appointment for my husband. The app assigned two different individuals for hair cut and the beard trim. When my husband arrived for his appointment, the salon indicated that they were only aware of the beard trim booking. Despite presenting confirmation emails and text reminders, they could only proceed with the beard trim. Due to the perceived rudeness of the staff and the misunderstanding, my husband chose to cancel the entire appointment."
