"I’m hoping by posting this that some changes will happen. First off, the chair that is used is horrible! I feel like I am going to fall off into my brow gal. Please find something comfortable and stable. It puts pressure on my neck and back. Second, is the location of brow bar. You have it placed up front in store where all conversation is heard.
