"They didn't ask if I had a specific hair stylist request when I called for an appointment, so I don't know if that's their protocol or not. I ended up with two different stylists because the original one they assigned me was running behind. Anissa did my hair color, which was perfect, and I love it. She was very friendly, spending a whole 15 minutes explaining everything about hair color, discussing my options, and asking for preferences, even though I showed up with no plan for my hair. I would give her 5 stars and recommend her. However, the haircut from the second stylist is why I'm giving 4 stars in total. I won't mention her name; she was kind the entire time. I told her I wanted my curtain bangs just trimmed, but it ended up way too short. It looks like I'll have to spend a lot of time dealing with it every morning. I honestly don't know how to handle it other than waiting for it to grow back, which will take a long time. I might go back there for hair color but not for a haircut."

"I walked in with no appointment, not expecting to be seen without an appointment. The lovely lady at the front desk (I’m sorry I forgot your name!) said she’d check with her stylists, and was able to get me in with Shina for a cut. Shina was so great to talk to, really heard me about what I wanted to do with my hair and what my long term goals are with my hair, and we worked out a plan and a cut that would help me achieve my goals. Shina kept me laughing and we had a great time in my appointment and she made me feel like a million bucks when I was ready to walk out. She totally made my lopsided mess of a grown out side shave look amazing, and I am SO thrilled!!! Thank you again Shina! 11/10 recommend!!!"

"I loved this place my hair turned out so good! My hairdresser Sydney was just the type of hairdresser I love! She wasn’t overly chatty or tried too much to converse with me, which I love! I mostly enjoy watching the transformation of haircuts so I am normally distracted with watching my hair be cut. I was extremely happy the outcome of my haircut and will definitely be returning!"
