"Three stars and only because of Devon(Otherwise zero). She is always so polite, well spoken and quite the conversationalist. This makes the haircut process not only easy but also less intimidating. I mean the place is called Little Mermaid. So you can see how it does kind of offset or intimidate the male clientele into not being comfortable in the establishment. The only complaint I have is that they just get a card machine soon and I mean asap. Not taking cards in 2024? Like seriously what type of backwards compatibility or business model is this? No signs either that state cards are not taken? So I had to go and run to the atm next door and run back with payment. All to have the owner give me the dirtiest look possible that I had to do this. This wouldn’t be a problem if you HAD A CARD MACHINE. I also had incur the ridiculous atm fee for a cash withdrawal. This is a huge turn off for me being an engineer who does everything digitally. I mean get with the times and stop living in the dark ages and expecting your clientele to do the same. I would forget that this place existed if Devon was not there. As her quality in her work is that good. Would be a dive hole in the wall at that point and not worth anyone’s time. So get Devon a raise asap and keep up the amazing work Devon as all your clients(me included) appreciate you."
