"Been waiting 3 days for an email confirmation of my canceled reservation. They sent me an email with the wrong dollar amount on stationery with non-working phone numbers. Called twice and was told GM was sending me an email....still waiting. Called today and the front desk won't answer the phone. Guess I know where I am not staying in the future!! What charming customer service."

"I went to the Spa. I got the salt and Shea butter scrub. Chris my massage therapist was Amazing!!! And I am a very picky person to do any treatments on, because I'm a massage therapist myself. Chris was attentive and very knowledgeable. He knows his stuff. And his intuition was spot on!! He has Strong hands!! Thank you Chris for your great vibes and awesome intention with what I needed. I recommend him 100%"

"I've been coming every year for eleven years and love it! The suites are beautiful and you absolutely can't beat the proximity to the mountain. Just put your boots on in the ski valet, grab your skis off the rack and get in the tram or the gondi!"

"1) Location is very good - walk to Bridger Gondola etc. 2)Also, before arriving, they cancelled my reservation without a reason - and without even notifying me. We only luckily found out because we called for another reason. Could have been a disaster. 3) After cancelling reservation for no reason, they forgot about another critical step: to send a refund for the room. 3) Got overcharged by around $750. Hours spent dealing with front desk, credit card company, and trying to correct billing errors (as seen in other reviews) . 3) Also, difficult to reach the manager(s), and they do not call back as promised - leading to more of #3 above. 4) Keep in mind "Superior" or "Deluxe Two Queens" room is tight, as mentioned in other reviews - not much room to open suitcase, etc. I asked for some comp/discount for my troubles, but they seemed to think all of the above is pretty normal and acceptable. I would suggest staying somewhere else."

"Our law firm stayed at the Snake River Lodge Dec. 8-10, 2023 on a company trip. We absolutely loved the hotel and their staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeting so warmly by the staff and it felt very genuine. The staff are very sweet people. They accommodated us exceptionally well. The hotel ambience was a traditional lodge-style which we loved! It felt like a cozy cabin. We stayed in the standard king-size bed rooms and they were very spacious! Also very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms also have shared balconies with nice views. I didn't have any of the food at the hotel, so I can't attest to that. I would recommend staying here, and I would definitely stay here again!"
