Reviews
"Peggy at customer service is first class - She was welcoming and informative and helped me with making the proper decisions on my membership purchase I appreciate the help."
"Generally, everything is quick and easy to shop for what you need and get out. Unless store management decides in not so infinite wisdom to move items to another location under guess of corporate wants it. Problem with stores who constantly move partial or even entire ailes of products only tick off the core customers who help pay keep doors open. Understand trying to keep customers shopping more, but why not drop prices versus keeping high percentages of store income. People are willing to spend more overall if they feel the store they shop at trys to maintain items at location, shelves actually stocked with products, promotional items in larger quantities being available versus limited amounts."
"What a revelation! Great selection, esp. groceries. Better than typical prices."
"Time to hurt employees because corporate only uses reviews to judge individual stores. Using credit companies as an excuse to reject legal tender is likely the last nail in my coffin. I worked painfully hard, past my upper limits, just to survive a single month without food stamps and because I made the dire mistake of paying my Mastercard, I won't get to make a lot of food for myself or the people I serve. I was barely scraping by while helping people as it was, but this is the last rejection I can take. I worked so damn hard just to feed people who can't feed themselves and I've been told again that nobody wants me. That I'm not valuable enough to earn the money to afford feeding others and I'm definitely not valuable enough to deserve even one sweet or snack, much less the vegetables or protein. Why would I live in pain, after a lifetime of abuse, just to be rejected basic food items because I got a damn Mastercard instead of a VISA years back? Anyways, enjoy your shopping experience. This store and its employees are fantastic. Great time to remind you of that, given that this review will become a glanced-at statistic by the company to justify firing them wantonly when it's time to calculate the bottom line. Support them well while they're still graciously allowed to work, I guess."
"This is a review for the tire center, and probably more of a frustration vent than a review: I understand that it is changeover season and everyone is trying to get their cars done, but if you’re behind, let us know when we are dropping the car off. That way, we can make an informed decision if we want to keep the appointment. Telling me it could take two hours to do the work, and then at the two hour point that it’s another hour from being done is incredibly frustrating. I’ve spent my whole evening waiting for this to be done and now I’ll still be here after the store closes. Absolutely unacceptable."
