"Wish I could give them no stars. They've screwed up my scripts EVERY time I've come here causing me to have to go to doctors appointments 3 months early because they didn't refill what I told them to. I wish there was another option in eagle river that took my insurance."

"I love the pharmacist she is very kind but they have got to get it together in there, they keep filling these weird knock off sugar pills and the pills in my bottle are not what the prescription on the bottle reads, this has to be highly illegal, it's happened 2 months in a row now, first I thought I was crazy then I realized I wasn't, apparently they pick and choose who gets the real stuff, anyone else experience things like this? --- I'm not an addict, I'm not rude or pushy I always fill on time I'm simply just trying to get the prescription my Dr is under the impression that they are providing."

"The two pharmacists were the rudest pharmacists I've ever seen in my life. I was just out of spine surgery, needed a place to sit, and they put a cold, metal fold up chair in the middle of the floor in which I informed them I was told not to sit on such chairs. (no 6 foot distancing either) instead of letting me use the waiting room. My immune system was under great stress at the time. The last thing I needed was to be treated so poorly and then told to sit in the middle of the floor near the produce area. I've never been treated so poorly at a pharmacy. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. There are a lot more compassionate pharmacies out there. I mean, uh? Is a smile at the VERY least, too much to ask?"
